Thanks for the tutorials. Lot of helpful stuff in the Tactics RPG project and other posts. I believe that in one of the comments sections that you mentioned that you would like anyone who used part of the project in their game to let you know about it. I made a game that is similar to Final Fantasy Tactics for Playstation. I made two versions: one that has original classes and abilities and the other that has the classic FFT classes. It's not much of a game as it just has the combat and lets players create their own character and maps but I got most of the mechanics down from FFT. If you want to check it out you can download it from Google Drive. Sorry if this comes off as spam, but thanks again. The posts are really helpful for someone like myself who is transitioning from a beginners book on Unity to trying to learn the more difficult concepts.

I don't normally use Windows so it may take me a while to try this out... unless you already have a copy built for mac?

Sorry, no copy built for mac. I set the prototype release as my end goal and am not sure if I'm going to go back and add more to make it compatible for other platforms. Thanks for the offer to check it out, no rush on that. Probably going to move onto a new project unless there is, somehow, some unexpected interest in that release.

play4fun - I'm not sure what exactly you're asking or who you are asking. I'd be happy for you to share a link to your project if that is what you meant.

I should have a new update soon (shooting for pre-Christmas) and will put the project files up on GitHub. I started my version of the project prior to reading the tutorial. After releasing the version posted up above, I decided to restart the project and try to better incorporate thejon2014's work into what I had done. For example, for finding which tiles a unit could move to I was previously using my implementation despite it being slower and not nearly as well thought out as the tutorial's code. Current version is here: (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxKSdtydKBmYYWNOeHUtWVRXdFE/view?usp=sharing) and my tumblr will have future updates. When I update it I'll post a link to the GitHub files and try to explain what's going on. Still working on tidying up the files, removing obsolete code and files, and adding notes.
